Each property requires a minimum number of rooms to qualify for group lodging rates and exclusive booking opportunities.

Investment & Booking Terms

Secure Your Dates:

A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your group block and will be applied toward your chosen accommodation

Booking Deadline:

Rooms not reserved within the designated booking window will be released to the public. Each property has its own policies regarding room block guarantees and requirements.

Group Lodging Property Rates:

Full property bookings are available at Peak and Off Peak Rates per accommodation, per night at The Contigo Ranch, The Hill Country Herb Garden, The Evers House, The Winchester Lodge, and the Menagerie. Click ‘learn more’ below for pricing and policies of each respective property.
