What’s included in the all-inclusive retreat pricing?
Our all-inclusive pricing includes two different set itineraries to choose from that include lodging, meals, and activities. Lodging can take place at any of our Elements Hospitality Portfolio properties, based on preference.
Are meals and accommodations included in the retreat cost?
Yes, meals are included if you book one of our inclusive itineraries.
What activities are included in our leadership retreat package?
Choice of activities varies based on lodging venue, but to name a few, includes lawn games, yoga and sound bath, trap shooting, fishing, spa, hat bar*, permanent jewelry*, and an entire menu of additional wellness activities*.
Items with a * mean that we work with a local partner for these activities/activations.
Do you provide meeting rooms and breakout spaces?
Yes. Properties vary in their capacity and breakout spaces, but between properties, we have a variety of options to host groups of all sizes.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
There are no hidden fees. The only additional costs that could incur are from customizations beyond our all-inclusive retreat itineraries.

Can you customize leadership retreats for corporate teams?
Of course! Our all-inclusive retreat itineraries are designed to be an easy option, though we are happy to customize your retreat to suit your best needs and interests.
What types of events and retreats do you offer?
We are proud to offer thoughtfully curated properties and itineraries for retreats, team building events, family gatherings, weddings, and more.
How do you tailor activities for different group focuses?
The breakout sessions that are incorporated into our all-inclusive itineraries are designed to let you tailor your retreat with activations that speak to your group, like corporate breakout sessions, family reunion games, presentations, etc.
Are the team breakout sessions self-facilitated by our group, or do you provide programming for these sessions?
No, this time is meant for you to work on your own work/programming, etc. If you'd like to replace it with additional retreat enhancements or experiences, let your event manager know who can assist in coordinating.

How far in advance should we book our leadership retreat?
We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance.
What's the minimum and maximum group size you can accommodate?
Leadership Retreat Itineraries are available for groups of 10 guests or more.
How long are typical leadership retreats at Elements Hospitality?
Our Leadership Retreat Itineraries are designed for 2 nights and 3 days, though we are happy to extend this rate and additional itineraries.
What's included in your retreat planning services?
Our team is here to guide you through each step of the booking process from the actual day of the event. Our Retreat Itineraries are designed to make planning super easy (think plug and play). If you’re customizing additional elements of your visit, our expert team looks forward to guiding you through that process as well.
Do you provide transportation to and from the retreat location?
While we do not personally provide retreat transportation, we are happy to help coordinate transportation with some of our best local partners.

Where are Elements Hospitality retreat locations?
Our portfolio includes Contigo Ranch, Hill Country Herb Garden, The Evers House, The Winchester House, Swallows Eve, and The Menagerie.
What amenities are available at your retreat facilities?
Amenities vary per property, though each includes lodging, onsite parking, and inclusive itineraries (with option for further customizations).
Do you have outdoor spaces for team activities?
Yes! Outdoor spaces vary based on location. The most ample outdoor spaces are at Hill Country Herb Garden, Contigo Ranch, and Swallows Eve.
Is WiFi and technology available for presentations?
Yes. We are happy to provide wifi, a projector, and a screen for any presentations during your retreat.
Are your retreat facilities accessible to all guests?
Yes, all Elements Hospitality Group properties feature ADA-compliant accommodations, including accessible guest rooms, meeting spaces, dining areas, and restrooms. We provide wheelchair accessibility, accessible parking, and can arrange assistive listening devices upon request.
We encourage groups to discuss specific accessibility needs during booking so our team can ensure all participants can fully engage in retreat activities. Contact our reservations team for detailed accessibility information about your chosen location.
Booking & Policies
How do I book a leadership retreat with Elements Hospitality?
Head to the Contact page and submit your inquiry. From there, our team of event managers will reach out to help you through every step in planning your retreat.
What's your cancellation policy for group retreats?
Any cancellation prior to final payment (30 Days): Deposit (50%) is non-refundable; remaining balance is waived
Cancellation after final payment (less than 30 days prior to arrival): No refund; full payment is forfeited
Rescheduling: Groups may reschedule their retreat once without penalty if done more than 30 days in advance of the original booked date, subject to availability. The new date must be within 12 months of the original booking.
Do you require a deposit to secure retreat dates?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to your event.
Can we modify our group size after booking?
A Final guest count is required 14 days ahead of your event, as well as your final payment. Adjustments beyond 14 days prior to your event will not result in any refunds.
What payment methods do you accept for retreat bookings?
When booking your retreat, you will have access to an online portal that accepts credit card payments for both your deposit and final payment.
